Van begin tot einde het sy nie net my verwagtinge oortref nie, maar sy het ook ver meer gedoen as wat enige iemand sou verwag. Haar warmte, opregtheid en toewyding het gemaak dat my kopers nie net ’n huis gekoop het nie, maar regtig tuis gevoel het in hul nuwe woning.Wat my die meeste beïndruk het, is dat haar diens nie by die oordrag gestop het nie; sy het steeds ná die verkoop betrokke gebly en selfs met die kleinste dinge gehelp om seker te maak dat die kopers gelukkig is.
